Our History
TIDE TREASURES, LLC was established in 1996 as a family owned business in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, by Claude and Carol Wright. Marketing a unique and ever-changing line of jewelry, gifts, and accessories, the business grew quickly along with the demand for the distinctive and exclusive designs many of which are one-of-a-kind. Points of sales were established at University of Alabama Supply Store locations on campus including Ferguson Center, Tutwiler Hall, and Paul W. Bryant Museum Gift Shop.
In 2008, TIDE TREASURES, LLC created partnership opportunities for University of Alabama alumni chapters, public and private schools, and other organizations to provide rebates based on sales attributed to the individual organizations at special events, phone sales, email sales, and web site sales (click here for more information and registration form). Funds are distributed to organizations quarterly and are for the sole use of the organizations to provide assistance where needed.
It is with great excitement and anticipation that in 2010, to meet the demand of our customers and to reach new markets, TIDE TREASURES, LLC launches the web site www.tidetreasures.com. In 2011, TIDE TREASURES, LLC, revamped and updated the current website where there is over 450 items for sale. We hope that you will be pleased with this new venture and will provide feedback to us as we continue to expand and develop our unique product line.
